Why our day program
Fun days out, planned with real purpose.
Our therapists and Day Program Manager plan every month together. The outings are the fun part. Behind them is a program built to support each participant’s goals, build confidence and grow everyday skills.
Therapy-led and evidence-based
We lean on evidence-based practice to keep the program challenging, social and worth turning up for.
Planned and risk-managed
Every outing is planned ahead, so participants, families and coordinators can relax and enjoy the day.
1:1 support when it’s needed
We provide dedicated 1:1 support for participants with behaviours of concern, built into the group day so everyone can take part at their own pace.

Your Day Program Manager
Meet Dave
Dave runs the program day to day. Questions about a day, what to bring or how it works? He’s happy to help.
Ordinary hours are 9am to 3pm. Extended days are listed on the program.
Book your days
Send us your days. We’ll do the rest.
Tell us who’s coming and which days you picked. Our team will call you back to confirm your spot and talk through funding, support needs and anything else.
My son had an unexpected meltdown after noticing we packed a grey spoon instead of his blue one. The team tried everything, and when that didn't work, they personally came to our house to pick up the correct spoon. We've been with Therapy Care for two years through the school holiday program.

My son has been attending Therapy Care for many years now. Not only has he grown into a very independent young man but he has made many new friends. The staff at Therapy Care are amazing and have helped him with his growth.

My daughter has been attending Therapy Care day program, social support and personal care for 12 months and I have been really happy with all of these services. The staff are very kind, attentive and engaging with their clients.
Group day programs are usually funded from your NDIS Core supports budget, under Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation. Not sure what your plan covers? Give us a call and we’ll work it out with you.
Do I have to come every day?
No. Pick the days that suit you, whether that’s one day or most of the month. We’ll help you find a pattern that works.
Are there extra costs on the day?
Where a day has an entry cost, like the IMAX or archery, it’s shown on the program. On market and café days, bring money for food or pack your lunch.
What if I need extra support?
We provide dedicated 1:1 support for participants with behaviours of concern, so everyone can join in safely. Let us know about support needs when you book and we’ll plan around them.
I’m a support coordinator. How do I refer someone?
Use the booking form on this page, call us on 1800 861 898, or send a full referral through our referral form.
