The decision to bring Support to Grow under the Therapy Care umbrella was made with a shared vision in mind: to provide exceptional care while making the NDIS easier to navigate. Both organisations have always prioritised personalised, compassionate support, and this transition allows us to combine resources and expertise to further enhance the services we offer.
At Therapy Care, our mission is to build enduring relationships and make the NDIS easy. We believe that by joining forces with Support to Grow, we are better positioned to deliver on that mission and expand the range of services we provide.

For participants and carers who were previously supported by Support to Grow, this transition brings added benefits without disruption to existing services. The familiar team members and support workers participants know and trust remain at the core of their care, ensuring continuity. We understand how important it is for participants to feel reassured during times of change, and we are proud to confirm that the same trusted and beloved support workers are still here, providing the day-to-day support you’ve come to rely on. One great example of this is Amee, a key member of our team who has led our School Holiday Program for many years. Amee is continuing to lead this program with her familiar, friendly, and supportive approach that participants and families love.
We are thrilled that, while this transition brings exciting new opportunities, you’ll continue to receive the same personalised support from the people you know and trust. Our commitment to consistency and continuity remains a priority, ensuring that participants always feel supported and cared for.
