Therapy Care is a growing, ‘participant-centered’ registered disability support service provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). ’Participant-centered’ means that we value each participant’s unique goals, abilities, personalities and circumstances, and priorities these in the support we provide to them. Therapy Care provides end-to-end support to ensure individuals feel supported through every step of their NDIS journey. We provide plan management, functional assessments, and everyday living support services to NDIS participants looking to live more comfortably or who have particular goals, such as increasing community access or skills to live more independently.
Unlike many other NDIS support providers Therapy Care priorities in house plan management, to assist all participants in maximizing the impact of their funding. Therapy Care’s plan management team has extensive training and experience in advocacy. They are equipped to help you navigate the NDIS and connect you with the right support services.
If a participant wants to change or increase their NDIS funding and the support services they receive, we offer to conduct a Functional Independent Measure (FIM) assessment. This internationally recognized report assesses motor and cognitive function, and is delivered by one of our qualified therapists.
Therapy Care understands that holistic disability support extends to all aspects of each participant’s lives. We provide a wide range of daily living supports to ensure that all participants have adequate assistance when completing day-to-day tasks. These include personal care, domestic assistance, grocery shopping, cooking and garden maintenance.
